Tickets for the Dungog Masked Ball 2016 are now on sale. Last year's fabulous gig sold out early so we recommend you:
- call your friends and claim the date of Saturday 25th June 2016
- get your table organised
- buy your tickets at the early-bird 10%-off price, available through April only
- start hunting for costume ideas (or not, if you're not so keen on the costume but just want the laughter, food, drinking and dancing)
- and await further instructions.
This year's theme is Once Upon A Magic Forest: think fairy tale, fantasy, goblins, princesses, monsters, wizards, mermaids and hoodies of the red-riding kind.
After April 30th tickets go up to the full price of $85. Still wondrous value for that much entertainment and socialising. And the event raises much needed funds for lifelong learning in our shire, Dungog Community College. That's right. Us.
Same hosts as last year, only this time they're called The Brothers Glumm (storytelling optimists to the stars). New band, 2GoodReasons. Great food by Marisa Groves and Jane Richens. Great auction hosted by a special surprise magic guest. Great star turns! And the ever-lovin' costume competition.
Oh, and the same venue, the splendid James Theatre.
