Learn, Cook, Eat and Socialise
Nourish Playgroup
Clarence Town
Nourish is a welcoming, community-based program focused on making healthy eating practical, enjoyable, and affordable. It’s a relaxed space where people can come together to share food, learn simple cooking skills, and connect with others.
Each session involves preparing a healthy, budget-conscious meal together, which is then shared as a group with the children. Sessions are designed to be simple, supportive, and accessible, with a focus on building everyday cooking skills and confidence.
While food is central to Nourish, the program places strong emphasis on social connection—creating a space to meet others, share conversation, and build a sense of community in a low-pressure environment.
Nourish is open and inclusive, supporting wellbeing, practical skill-building, and connection through shared meals.
